A Blessingway, or Mother’s Blessing, is a celebration of pregnancy and becoming a mother that focuses more on the mother than the baby. It’s about Herstory. During the Blessingway, a group of her closest friends will come together, honor her pregnancy and journey into motherhood. They will offer words of wisdom, love and appreciation around preparing for birth and postpartum. This act includes a ceremony to mark this blessing.
